good news (bad news)

oh dear. looks like some bad news incoming. horsemouth will let you know more soon (when he's sure). 

but meanwhile horsemouth is on holiday in the wen (having returned to the city to pack stuff up and get ready to leave). 

this morning a walk with ayesha up to the reservoir cafe (where horsemouth usually goes with john fromporto). in the afternoon a meet up with myk (down by hackney city farm). these are both decent-ish walks. by this point horsemouth was getting tired and hungry (and may not have been at his best).

myk was off to the proms later. (though later he did comment on the football so maybe he didn't go). horsemouth bailed a bit early he thinks. 

once he was home horsemouth had some red onion/ red kidney bean/ chopped tomato sauce with some spaghetti (er. and some pesto also). that seemed to sort him out. 

he's a bit stuck for breakfast tomorrow (having polished off all the available food). 

he's just done the meter readings for the month (hopefully he can get shot of all of this soon). 

he talked to his mum on the phone she was excited by the english women's team's victory (he hopes she doesn't overdo the celebration). 

monday morning not up so early for the train - the first useful one is at about 1050 (and frankly the one at 1150 doesn't get him that much later, and then, in any event,  he has to wait for the bus).
